Important!
  • You cannot use the loan for first, second, and third-cycle studies, or for integrated master's studies.
  • Reasonable accommodations are specified in the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles within EU funds for 2021–2027.

Write-off Details

You can partially write off the loan principal — up to 50% — if you meet the following criteria. The values are cumulative[1].

Successful completion of education
If you successfully complete the education or training for which you took out the loan and confirm this by submitting to the bank a diploma, certificate, attestation, certification, exam protocol, qualification, or other equivalent document.

If you complete education or training in one of the following areas:

Silver economy
Accessibility and universal design

Difficult financial situation
If you are in a difficult financial situation. We will assess this based on your income for the previous tax year (annual PIT declaration). Your income must be lower than 12 times the average monthly remuneration in the national economy in the previous year, as announced annually by the President of the Central Statistical Office.

Remission details

[1] If more than one criterion is met, the percentage values are cumulative. A condition for the remission of points 2 and 3 is the completion of training, i.e., meeting the condition from point 1.

[2] The minimum level of occurrence of the aforementioned issues in the undertaken training program is 75%, where this level can be defined as the number of hours or the number of panels (i.e., analogous to other classes) corresponding to one of these issues, relative to the entire implemented training program.
