Shaping the future of education

Dr. Arun Mansukhani is a clinical psychologist and sexologist with over 30 years of experience in therapy. He is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinical hypnosis, and sensorimotor psychotherapy (Level III). He is an accredited consultant, training facilitator, and EMDR Europe trainer. For many years, he has directed the Arun Mansukhani Psychólogos Emotional Regulation Center in Malaga, Spain, specializing in trauma and attachment work. He has delivered lectures and workshops at over 30 international and national conferences, including 4 EMDRIA and 6 EMDR Europe conferences, and has provided postgraduate and professional training in Europe, Latin America, India, and the USA. He is a member of the expert panel advising the European Commission on combating hate speech. He is also active in popularizing psychology and sexology, regularly publishing and appearing in the media. In 2023, he published the book "Condenados a entendernos – Skazani by się rozumieć" (Condemned to Understand Each Other).

Dr. Suzy Matthijssen is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and an internationally recognized expert in the field of trauma and anxiety disorder treatment. She is the director of the Enhancing Trauma Treatment Institute and the director of the PSYTREC Academy – PSYTREC's research and education division, the world's largest institution dedicated to intensive trauma treatment.

She obtained her doctoral degree at Utrecht University. Her doctoral thesis, titled "Enhancing Trauma Treatment," focused on the development and evaluation of innovative methods aimed at improving the effectiveness of trauma therapy. She is the co-developer of the EMDR 2.0 approach and the author of numerous scientific publications on PTSD treatment. She also serves as Vice President of the Dutch EMDR Association (VEN), is a member of the EMDR Europe Scientific Committee, and was co-chair of the Future of EMDR project within the EMDR Scientific Council.

Sylwia Mańka is a psychotherapist specializing in modern, research-based methods for treating trauma and emotional disorders. In her clinical practice, she primarily utilizes Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy.

She completed EMDR Level I and II training, as well as numerous specialized courses in trauma work. She is a member of the Polish EMDR Therapy Association and the Polish ISTDP Association. She further developed her expertise through training and clinical programs in Berlin, among other places.

Sylwia Mańka is also a transactional analyst, an ICE coach, a mentor, and a trainer. She is the first Polish psychotherapist to complete training in behavioral profiling using FBI methodology.
